We are Chartered Land Surveyors with a reputation for providing high quality results with precision and reliabilty. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Survey Association (TSA) we work to a high degree of professionalism and client accountability. Our work is carried out in accordance with RICS specifications. Every project is personally supervised and checked. Accuracy is assured by the use of modern technology such as Leica Total Stations, Leica Levels and Distos, the latest AutoCAD package as well as an A0 colour inkjet plotter.

Our Clients range from private home owners to well known developers. All receive the same high standard of service. We ensure that final results are in complete agreement with the client's requirements.

We have worked on projects all over the UK as well as on the Channel Islands, Ireland and Falkland Islands.

Topographical Surveys: also known as Land, Level or Site Surveys, these can range in size from back gardens to town centres. We have worked on everything from greenfield sites to inner city renovation projects.

Measured Building Surveys: this part of our work accounts for at least half of the surveys we carry out. We have produced detailed Floor Plans, Elevations and Cross-sections of a wide variety of buildings such as cottages, pubs, shop units, museums, warehouses, department stores and hospitals.
